- Travel Dowunder is a retail travel agency licensed and in full compliance with the laws of Washington State. Wendy Schatz, owner and operator, is certified as a travel specialist by Australia, New Zealand, and most of the South Pacific island nations.

- Travel Downunder's office is in Bellevue, Washington, but Wendy works part of each year on location in New Zealand and Australia. In this Internet age, location seems to make little difference. She serves clients throughout North America and occasionally in western Europe.

- Wendy has been a travel agent for 30 years. She has travelled extensively in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific islands. She returns to these areas annually to stay up to date.

- Travel Downunder is linked with consolidators for wholesale airfares and with wholesale operators in Australia and New Zealand. From this, clients gain an advantage knowing that someone with first hand knowledge is handling their trip, and have a local contact during their trip.
- Other foreign travel
- We specialise in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, but we are also knowledgeable and ready to help with travel to other parts of the world. We book domestic travel within the United States or Canada only as part of an overseas itinerary.
